35th Hana no Mai New Sake Tasting — Brewery Open House

Hana no Mai Shuzo welcomes visitors for its 35th annual new sake tasting at their brewery grounds in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka. Attendees can enjoy freshly pressed Yamada Nishiki special junmai shiboritake nama genshu, a sake with a 17.5% ABV, while browsing food stalls, witnessing the barrel-opening ceremony, listening to talks, and joining games. There will be new sake for sale at the brewery shop, as well as free tastings at Hamamatsu Station and Shizuoka Station shops. Children and non-drinkers receive free amazake. The event also includes fun presentations and festival food. Admission is ¥1,000. The event will proceed rain or shine.
