The Advanced Sake Studies Certification Course by the Sake Studies Center is a unique two-day immersive sake education for hospitality professionals, beverage educators, and enthusiasts. Hosted at Brooklyn Kura, you'll deepen your expertise through guided tastings, hands-on brewery work, and in-depth classroom sessions. Highlights include making sake alongside expert brewers, structured blind tastings with 30 sakes, and a final in-person exam covering theory and tasting skills. Prerequisites apply, and successful participants will earn an advanced certification and lapel pin. The course is limited to small groups and is taught in English.
