Led by expert staff, this behind-the-scenes tour of their state-of-the-art sake brewery offers insight into rice-to-sake transformation. The experience concludes in the taproom with a guided tasting flight featuring three unique Brooklyn Kura sakes, each presented with detailed explanation. Additional sake by the glass, carafe, or bottle can be purchased afterward, and guests are welcome to order food from the taproom menu (not included in ticket price). Tours do not always coincide with active sake production, but comprehensive process explanations are always provided.
