About
Izanami at Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe hosts a monthly sake class led by sake sommelier Russ King of Deep Dive Sake School. The November 8 session spotlights 'okan,' the world of gently warmed sake, showing how temperature affects aroma, texture, and sweetness. Guests will taste a curated sake flight paired with Izanami snacks in the outdoor heated pavilion. Each session offers hands-on learning with different themes and flavor profiles. Whether you're new to sake or looking to deepen your appreciation, these classes are a unique opportunity to taste and learn from an expert.
