Experience a full-day crash course in becoming a sake brewmaster at KANPAI Sake Brewery & Taproom—London's first sake brewery. Learn sake brewing from hands-on technique and brewing theory, and kick off your own micro-batch of junmai-shu to finish at home with a take-away kit. The course includes an extensive sake tasting and lunch prepared in-house. The kit provided weighs about 10kg, so consider travel plans accordingly.
