Kitaya Shinshu Matsuri 2026

Kitaya brewery in Yame, Fukuoka celebrates the new brewing year with its annual Shinshu Matsuri! Enjoy the freshest new sake at this special open house event, complete with a paid tasting set that includes an original tasting cup and 11 tickets to sample a variety of sake brewed on-site. Admission to the brewery grounds is free, and visitors can experience the authentic atmosphere where the sake is made. There are limited parking spaces, so visitors are encouraged to come on foot. Note: Participation is limited to those 20 years old and above. Additional tasting tickets available for purchase onsite.
