Mizuo Bar: Sake & Local Food Pairing

Discover the flavors of Okushinano with the 2nd Mizuo Bar, held during the Tokubetsu Rokusaiichi 2026 festival in Iiyama. Enjoy pairings of local sake "Mizuo" with regional foods and learn about the connection between Mizuo sake and the local environment, including water and rice. In addition to tastings, the surrounding area will host a lively market, snack stands for kids, and workshops. Pre-registration required (limit 20 participants). Experience a new kind of local pairing adventure while exploring Iiyama’s downtown! The broader Tokubetsu Rokusaiichi festival runs 11:00–15:00 for additional fun and community events.
