Get an authentic behind-the-scenes experience at the Tanaka-ya Shuzoten sake brewery in Iiyama, Nagano. Participants will take part in hands-on brewing activities like checking steamed rice texture and stirring the sake mother, join a guided brewery tour, taste a selection of Mizuo sakes, and enjoy lunch with the brewers at a local unagi specialist. The tour includes an exclusive Mizuo T-shirt, rental gear, sake tasting, lunch, and insurance. The brewery floor is cold, so dress warmly. Reservations are required. Maximum 6 guests per session. Cancellations: 50% fee from 7 days, 75% from 3 days, and 100% on the same day.
