SUMMARY:Sake and Cheese Pairing Class and Brewery Tour
DESCRIPTION:Step into a world of flavor with the Sake and Cheese Pairing Class and Brewery Tour hosted by the Sake Studies Center at Brooklyn Kura. This fun and interactive experience teaches you how to expertly pair several Japanese craft sakes with premium cheeses from around the globe. The class includes a welcome sake\, an introduction to the basics of sake and cheese\, a guided tasting of five craft sakes and five handpicked cheeses\, and insights into sake and cheese production. You’ll also get nibbles\, spreads\, a souvenir handout\, and a guided tour of Brooklyn Kura’s new sake brewery. Whether you’re a sake novice or aficionado\, you’ll discover delicious combinations and learn from celebrated educator Timothy Sullivan. Classes are intimate with 1-6 guests per session and run for about 1.5 hours.
