Discover her unique philosophy of pairing food and sake through a scientific approach, and taste a curated selection of rare premium Japanese sakes, including Shinshukirei Junmai Hitogokochi, Shinshukirei Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo 39, Kudokijozu Junmai Daiginjo Mizuiro, Kudokijozu Junmai Daiginjo Gokuryomiyako 33, Hiten Chidori, Hiten Hakucho Black, and Kikyo Enishi (3 years aged). The event features a 7-course menu with sake pairings, hosted at Yamabuki.
