After a two-year break, Yoshida Shuzo—home of Shimane's signature Gassan sake—invites the public to its open brewery market in Yasugi. Guests can enjoy special brewery tours, exclusive sake tastings (including newly designed bottles), limited-edition sake sales, and a food-and-sweets market that stretches into the neighboring parking lot. Fun for all ages, the event features unique quizzes, guided brewery introductions, reserved banquet seating (with advance reservation), and plenty of opportunities to stock up on Gassan for home. Admission is free, rain or shine.
