DESCRIPTION:The Sake School of America presents the WSET Level 3 in Sake\, a hybrid online and in-person intensive course for those looking to deepen their sake expertise. Over three online days and one in-person production tour with a freshly pressed sake tasting\, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge on sake production\, styles\, quality\, and service. The course includes a two-week online pre-study\, access to exclusive study resources\, and hands-on tastings. The in-person session and exam are held at Brooklyn Kura Taproom in Industry City\, Brooklyn. Graduates earn a WSET certificate and lapel pin upon passing the exam. Minimum age is 21. The course is led by expert instructors Sara Guterbock and Masae Kusada. The full course runs June 1\, 8\, 22 (online)\, and June 29 (in-person tour)\, with the exam on June 30.
