Shochu Adviser Online Course

The Sake School of America is offering a Certified Shochu Adviser course led by Instructor Atsuko Glick. Participants will explore the history, ingredients, and tasting techniques of shochu. This interactive program includes expert instruction and hands-on learning. The certification exam takes place online a week after the course, on April 6th.
