Aizu Traditional Miso Making Experience & Local Sake Tasting

Discover Aizu traditions through an immersive miso-making workshop and a local sake tasting session. Participants will craft their own batch of Aizu-style miso (about 1-2kg) to take home and enjoy a guided tasting featuring renowned sake brands like Toyokuni, Tenmei, and Hiroki. During the workshop, participants will also enjoy a lunch of miso dengaku and other local delicacies. Please bring an apron, a head covering (such as a bandana or hat), and a bag for your miso.
