The 4th annual Chikuhou Sake Festival is back at Kaho Terrace! Sample a wide variety of newly released sakes from three local breweries—each with their proud new creations. Enjoy delicious food from numerous booths and kitchen cars, plus a lively atmosphere with many other activities throughout the day. Entry comes with a coin system: 2,000 yen gets you 10 coins for tasting, and buying in advance will earn you one extra coin. There’s free shuttle bus service from JR Iizuka Station to the venue, making it convenient for everyone to celebrate sake season responsibly. Reminder: Tasting is for guests age 20 and over only, and drink-driving is prohibited by law. This event runs for two days, April 4 and 5, 2026.
