IPPUDO Paris welcomes INEtoAGAVE, a craft sake brewery from the Oga Peninsula in Akita Prefecture, for a unique collaborative soir. Enjoy an exclusive menu featuring the special craft sake 'Hanakaze,' starters created by Masashi Hirata (IPPUDO), and a unique clear chicken broth shoyu ramen made just for this event. This culinary night celebrates creative intersections of craft sake and ramen, with a full menu experience covering appetizers, main dish, and dessert.
