Join the sake brewing community for a hands-on sake rice planting experience at Ugajinja Shrine in Mitoyo, Kagawa! This fun morning event invites you to help plant the rice that will be used for next year's doburoku sake. Beginner friendly—just bring clothes to get muddy in and your own beverage, lunch will be provided. A wonderfully muddy and memorable day for sake and fermentation fans! The rice harvested this year will officially be certified brewing rice, with doburoku sake made from it released in spring 2027.
