Exclusive Sohomare Sake Pairing Dinner

Toro Honolulu is hosting an exclusive Sohomare Sake Pairing Dinner featuring Jun Kono, president of Sohomare Sake Brewery. Guests can enjoy a specially curated menu paired with unique Sohomare sakes, while learning about the brewery's masterful blending techniques and the ancient kimoto brewing method. Featured sakes include Karakuchi, Tokubetsu Kimoto, Indigo, Tuxedo, Ki-Itsu, and Tokubetsu Honjozo. This event offers seatings at both 5pm and 7pm, giving guests a chance to engage, taste, and discover the depth of Sohomare's sake.
