Special guest Dr. Aya Hirata Kimura, author of 'Fermenting for the Future,' will discuss Japanese pickles and microbial foodways in conversation with Of The Air. Bring your own homemade ferment projects and starters to share, swap, and taste, or just come to meet like-minded, friendly folks and enjoy funky food and drinks.
