Explore the entire Hachidori (Hummingbird) Sake Line from Shindo Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture at The Sake Shop in Honolulu. Sample each premium grade, from Junmai to Daiginjo, all in the classic Yamagata tradition—bright, fruity, and smooth. Special guests Masanobu Shindo (President & Brewmaster) and Sake Master Stuart Morris will be there to share stories and insights about their unique collaboration. This is a complimentary tasting and a rare chance to meet the brewers in person while they're on the island. Must be 21+. No RSVP needed.
