Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival 2026

The 5th Annual Hudson Valley Fermentation Festival returns to Twin Star Orchards in New York on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Attendees can connect with 50 of the region’s top fermenters, sample their creations, and participate in one of six fermentation classes to boost their skills. The event will feature visionary and author Kirsten K. Shockey as keynote speaker, along with plenty of tasting, snacking, sipping, and learning—all set in a beautiful orchard.
