THE GALLERY by Odo in New York City is hosting the seventh edition of its celebrated Izakaya Night, a one-night-only event dedicated to Japanese sake, artisan cuisine, and cultural storytelling. Special guest Mr. Shunsuke Takasawa of Kikusui Sake Co., a legendary Niigata brewery, will showcase five unique sakes including the rare Perfect Snow Nigori and Kuramitsu. Culinary highlights by Chef Hiroki Odo include exclusive pairing dishes like Karasumi Mochi—house-cured mullet roe in mochi, grilled over charcoal. Enjoy an evening filled with rare sakes, delicious seasonal food, and the stories behind one of Japan’s most influential sake makers. No ticket required; sake and dishes are offered à la carte.
