Celebrate Japanese sake at the Kararoko Herun Road Sake New Sake Festival in Matsue, Shimane! The first part of the festival takes place at Kararoko Square, featuring new sake tastings (60ml cups), food vendors, and more. Admission is free for this outdoor event running from 12:00 to 17:00. The second part starts at 18:00 at dining establishments in the Higashihonmachi district, with special menus and pairings at venues such as Shokuraku Sakatei AKIZU, including unagi and multi-course cuisine. The event is organized by Herun Road Matsue Higashihonmachi General Incorporated Association. Come enjoy the vibrant world of sake and local cuisine in the birthplace of Japanese sake!
