Celebrate award-winning Japanese sake at the Kishu Award Sake Seminar Event, hosted at Heiwa Saketen's bar counter. The evening features a seminar focusing on IWC GOLD medal-winning daiginjo, junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo (polished to 40%). The seminar is followed by an open tasting where you can savor acclaimed sakes while looking back at this season's brewery achievements. Reservations are required for the seminar portion, with individual one-drink orders available during the open tasting session.
