Raise a glass at the Kitakata KANPAI Festival 2026, one of Japan's premier sake tasting events! Try over 30 brands of Kitakata sake in an all-you-can-taste format, along with a full lineup of sake from every brewery in Fukushima Prefecture. Discover local sake, regional specialties from exchange cities, and even special wines. With over 30 food vendors including sweets shops and tasty snacks, everyone is sure to find something to enjoy—even if you don't drink alcohol! Special lacquer sake cups are gifted to advance ticket holders (ceramic cups for same-day tickets). The event will be hosted by acclaimed free announcer Akari Hataya. Rain or shine, join the festivities in front of Kitakata City Hall and Oshimizu Park.
