Master Sake Sommelier (Day 1 of 2)

The Sake Sommelier Association brings its highest sommelier qualification, the Master Sake Sommelier (M.S.S.), to the United States for the first time. This intensive program is designed for Certified Sake Sommeliers seeking the pinnacle of sake service. Expect a small, focused cohort, rigorous blind tastings, and in-depth service drills. The course is co-led by industry experts Marcus Pakiser and Russ King, and takes place in Portland, Oregon from January 22nd to 23rd, 2026.
