Okayama Terroir: Sake Brewers Gathering

Discover the legacy and future of Okayama’s sake at this unique event featuring local sake rice farmers and brewers, with a special focus on Omachi sake rice. The day includes a talk session with sake rice producers (11:30-12:30) and a large tasting of Okayama’s regional sake, where you can sample and learn about a diversity of local brews (13:00-16:00). Admission is free for those in the alcoholic beverage and food industry (advance registration required). Capacity is about 200 people.
