Sake + Hello Uncle at Blue Door

Step behind the Blue Door and into its private speakeasy for an extraordinary sake dinner, curated by Chef Michael Le of Hello Uncle and perfectly paired with selections from Kikusui Sake Brewery. Special guests include Shunsuke Takasawa, President of Kikusui Sake Brewery, and Sara Guterbock, aka 'Sake Sara', Japanese Beverage Specialist & Educator. Blue Door's award-winning mixologist Mike Guzmán will also craft specialty sake cocktails for the evening. The night supports four Charlotte-area children's charities, and guests can also make donations, enter raffles, and participate in auctions. Tickets include gratuity and $85 is tax-deductible. Must be 21+, counter-style seating. Menu and sake pairings are Southeast Asian-inspired and highlight unique flavors, but dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated.
