Sake & Otsumami

Ishinoko Kitchen and guests from Japan, Shota Itoi and Zaku Sake Brewery, present an afternoon of sake, small bites, and soundscapes at Rosforth & Rosforth in Copenhagen. Experience a unique cross-cultural pop-up with Japanese otsumami (snacks), sake from Zaku, wine from Rosforth & Rosforth, and music by Erlend Klette (DJ), Benny Christian (Talk), and more. Food is served by Shota Itoi (eaufeu, JP) and Lasse Jensen (La Banchina, CPH). Entrance is free, with food and drinks available for purchase. This is a one-day culinary and cultural celebration in partnership with the Scandinavia-Japan Sasakawa Foundation.
