Umami Mart is celebrating a decade of Sakqueso with their annual sake and cheese party! Indulge in 10 creative pairings, from classic sake and cheese matches like junmai ginjo with Humboldt Fog, to innovative combos such as aged sake with brie and iburigakko. This event includes booths with different sakes and cheeses, as well as lively conversation and a Sakqueso leaflet for notes on the tastings. Since its inception, Sakqueso has paired four sakes with cheese each year in their sake club, Sake Gumi, with guidance from Certified Cheese Professional Kevin Corcoran. Tickets are limited—reserve early for an umami-filled afternoon on the back patio!
