SSC Toronto Spring 2026 (Day 1 of 3)

Dive deep into the craft of sake in Toronto with the Sake Scholar Course at Ki Modern Japanese + Bar! This advanced, three-day program explores sake and shochu from all 47 Japanese prefectures through tastings, history, geography, and production methods. Led by instructor Michael Tremblay, you’ll have hands-on tastings, collaborative discussions, and a comprehensive exam at the end. Applicants must have advanced prerequisite sake certifications. Course textbooks are distributed on day one, and the final exam requires a passing mark of 75% or above. Enrollment comes with specific refund and cancellation policies.
