Don't miss the Kikusui booth in front of Shibata City Hall, where you can sample limited menu items like Ryofuu Soda, Hokuetsu Cold IPA Draft Beer made with sake brewing rice, and sake lees milk-flavored kudzu ice! Even if it rains, the festival goes on. The event is a short, 3-minute walk from JR Shibata Station.
