Savor a rare evening at Sushi Ashino, blending the legacy of Noguchi Naohiko, famed for his aged Yamahai sake, with Chef Ashino’s exquisite Edomae sushi. This two-night-only event features a specially crafted menu where each sake is expertly paired with refined sushi creations. Gain insight from special guest Takashi Iwai, Director of the Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute, who will share the stories and traditions of one of Japan’s most acclaimed sake houses.
