Yoikana Sake Brewery Open Days (Day 1 of 4)

Yoikana Sake Brewery is hosting its very first open brewery event, inviting guests to explore the world of sake over four special days. Visitors can enjoy brewery tours, hands-on workshops like mini cedar ball (sugidama) making and sake blending (paid), as well as paid sake tastings using a ticket system. Limited-edition sake will be available exclusively for this event. Several local food vendors, including Mizushiro (pickles), Marusho (miso, soy sauce, etc.), and Kuramochi (savory dishes), will offer tasty bites that pair perfectly with sake. Admission is free, but certain experiences require an extra fee or ticket. Please note: there is no parking on site—public transportation and walking are encouraged.
